My client, a leader in the conveyancing industry, are looking to recruit a Business Development Executive to join their rapidly growing team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have proven sales experience or be passionate about joining an award-winning sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Gathering leads to then be passed onto the wider Sales team to convert into new business opportunities
Opportunity to convert self-generated leads and maintain existing client relationships
Support the sales team in developing new sales strategies to target potential clients
Attending industry events and networking events
Supporting the team with onboarding new clients and other general administrationEssential Skillset
Proven sales experience either face to face or telephone sales
Sales experience in the property/real estate sector is desirable
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to work to targets and KPIs
Resilient personality and ability to perfume under pressurePackage
Caton, Lancaster – hybrid working
£25,000 + £8,000 on target earnings
Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm
