The Role:
Due to expansion, a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive to join a well-established, market-leading business in Waste Management. My client is seeking to recruit a new business hunting Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities. You will solution-sell from a full range of recycling and Waste Management equipment, such as compactors and balers. Targeting 100% new business sales, the company delights in rewarding hardworking salespeople with a best-in-class package. Your patch will be covering Essex, London, and Kent.
The Candidate:
You will be a bright, positive 100% new business salesperson not afraid to get up and on the road, knocking doors come rain or shine. There is no hiding the fact that this is a competitive market, so you must be the kind of Sales Executive who thrives on this and does not wilt under pressure. The ability to negotiate and sell within defined margins rather than just cut the price to secure a sale is essential. You will possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and written. You will be able to build client relationships and maintain existing ones. You will have good IT skills with the ability to build on your current knowledge. You will also have a proven sales track record.
