Our Your Move branch in New Cross, has a full time, permanent vacancy for a highly motivated Lettings Negotiator.

In the role of a Lettings Negotiator you will:
8. Put the Customer at the heart of everything you do
9. Register Customers and carry out property matches
10. Generate and conduct property viewings
11. Negotiate offers between Tenants and Landlords
12. Maximise branch income by helping Customers with other services including mortgages, conveyancing, insurance etc
13. Display excellent Customer service at all times
Industry experience is preferred but not essential, however as a minimum you will need to evidence previous targeted sales experience, and have the ability to work in a fast paced, customer focussed environment.
A full UK driving license is essential.
This branch is independently owned and operated by Move South Ltd under a franchise arrangement and is part of a national network of Your Move and Reeds Rains branches.
