Ideally, you will have some experience of SEN/ SEND in a learning environment but this is not essential if you show a strong desire to work with their young people.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
* Support a child with special needs and help them reach their potential in a professional and caring manner
* Be reliable and punctual when working individually in the community or when part of a team and supporting colleagues to do their jobs
* Actively join in play and youth activities
* Be prepared to communicate differently with a wide range of people
* Ensure the highest level of safety and safeguarding at all times
