As our Legal Operations Analyst, you’ll be at the epicentre of our operations, collaborating closely with the Executive Director of Legal Operations. Your mission: to ensure our processes are not only efficient and compliant but also perfectly tuned to meet the needs of our clients and teams. What you’ll do:
* Operational Excellence – Analyse and optimise existing workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and service quality across departments.
* Data and Performance Insight – Manage data collection and analysis to inform strategic decisions, track key performance indicators, and highlight areas for improvement.
* Resource Management – Coordinate resources across departments to ensure alignment with business objectives, balancing priorities to meet both client and operational needs.
* Compliance and Governance – Maintain and monitor adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies, ensuring that compliance remains central to our operations.
* Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with teams across the firm to understand their needs and provide operational support that drives success.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in a legal operations or similar role within a professional services environment.
* Strong analytical, organisational, and project management skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with the confidence to work across teams and support strategic objectives.
* Familiarity with compliance standards and experience in data management is highly advantageous.
