Role Overview: As an Assistant in Nursing (AIN) in our office-based role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating and supporting client care services. You will assist in managing client records, liaise with clients and their families, and support the wider care team in delivering exceptional service. This role combines administrative tasks with client support, ensuring seamless communication and high standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and update client care plans and records.
2. Coordinate appointments and scheduling for in-home visits.
3. Provide phone support and respond to client and family queries.
4. Monitor and report any changes in client health and wellbeing.
5. Assist with administrative duties to support the care team.
6. Uphold high standards of care and support in all interactions.
7. Monitor and communicate on the customer’s wellbeing and report on progress of customers.
Requirements:
1. Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent qualification.
2. Experience in aged care, disability support, or administrative roles (preferred).
3. Current Criminal Record Check/NDIS Workers screening and Working with Children Check.
4. Current CPR / First Aid Certificate.
5. Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
6. Reliable, registered and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance is preferred).
Strong communication and organisational skills. Proficiency in using office software and care management systems. Reliable, compassionate, and committed to client care.
