Partner Service Agent (L1)

Here's what you can expect to be doing:
1. We cover a range of different contact channels for our partner. Your role will focus on live conversations over the phone, but will also include our other channels
2. We are a tech-based company, so you will use different systems each day
3. You will work towards targets showing you provide the best service for our partners
4. You will report to the Partner Service Team Leaders
You'll work a 37.5 hour week in our Manchester office, including both Saturday and Sunday, with three weekdays of your choice. For the first four weeks, you'll work Monday to Friday, fully based in the office. After that, you can split your time between working from home and the office
