Key Responsibilities of the BDM:
* Sell exhibition and sponsorship packages to key stakeholders.
* Drive growth and develop the strategy for the launch event.
* Conduct market research to generate and qualify leads.
* Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
* Collaborate closely with production, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
The ideal BDM:
* 2+ years of experience in B2B event sales.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPI targets.
* Experience working on launch events is a plus, but not essential.
* Articulate, driven, and able to work autonomously.
* Familiarity with sales software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
