Finance Assistant - Part-Time (21hrs per week)

Our client is looking to recruit for an experienced candidate that can join their accounts team and assist with the below core duties:
* Bank Account reconciliation
* Treasury Management
* Purchase Invoices processing
* Sales Invoices
* Purchase Card Administration
* Other finance duties as required
The core skills are administration, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel as well as a working knowledge of using finance accounting software. You must be an excellent communicator (written and verbal), which is key to interacting with our customers, contractors, colleagues and other external agencies. Working effectively and efficiently, both within a team setting and on your own and demonstrating an ability to make informed decisions is crucial to this role.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates that already have minimum 2 years relevant accounting experience and are looking to expand on their skill set within a dynamic organisation, candidates must have relevant experience within a similar position and be comfortable communicating with senior management. You must have the ability to work under pressure, with a flexible and can do work ethic and the ability to work well as part of a team, Experience of sage is also desirable.
