Our client is looking for Customer Services Administrator to support mainly their Customer Services team in Redditch this enables the focus to remain on delivering outstanding customer service, whilst effectively managing returns, credits and invoice queries to ensure fast resolution supporting their customers.
You will be supporting the customer service team but also the finance department with following up invoice queries and the contract department with admin support. You will need to be able to multi-task and stay focussed on several different priorities at any one time but this will be great if you like variety in your work life no 2 days will be the same.
The successful Customer Services Administrator will have the following skills and experience:-
Previous administration experience within a customer service environment.
Good understanding of written and spoken English.
IT Proficient, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent attention to detail
Time management skills
Organisational skills
Experience using SAP / Salesforce would be advantageous.
