The postholder will work mainly as defined to maintain campus balance, however, will be required to work on other campuses as necessary. - ABOUT YOU - - You will support the carrying out of detailed surveys, analysis of building defects, problems and faults, carrying out of investigations, assessment of causes and recommendations on remedial action to support the prioritisation of work programmes - You will establish effective and continuous channels of communication with all internal and external stakeholders including staff, students, service providers and suppliers, etc. ensuring high standards of customer service - You will provide technical and professional advice and support on works delivery, maintenance and construction matters to Estates and University staff Please find our employee benefits on our website.
