Systems Support Analyst | Hybrid from Cheltenham| £34,000 + bonus
We are on the lookout for a Systems Analyst to join a leading engineering business in Cheltenham.
As a Systems Support Analyst, you will provide support to internal and external users of the companies diverse suite of business focused applications, ERP / CRM systems.
Role:
* Manage support calls and tickets from IT Service Desk
* Provide internal and external customers support on the companies platforms
* Assist users with queries relating to their Dynamics 365 and COINS systems, such as user issues, user amendments, financial/sales queries and data changes.
* Maintaining a log of the support calls and resolution
* Document work or changes that are made
* Escalate 2nd /3rd line queries when appropriate
Requirements:
* At least 1 -2 years’ experience in a Support Desk or Application support role, ideally supporting a CRM / ERP system
* Experience taking a high volume of tickets in an engineering, manufacturing, house builder or similar industry would be ideal
* Experience of Dynamics 365 or COINS would be great but not essential
* Ability to understand user queries and relate to business process
* Great troubleshooting experience
* Great communicator
