An opportunity has arisen to join our knowledgeable and friendly team as a Helpdesk Technician assisting to maintain clients within our SME customer base. Founded in 2001 and part of a wider telecommunications group we are a growing MSP supporting a wide variety of Industries across Essex, London and the Southeast. Together with your excellent troubleshooting skills we would like you to have approximately 2 years experience in the following areas: All Windows operating systems including Windows Server (2016 -2022) Microsoft 365 (Office/Exchange/Sharepoint/Onedrive/Teams) Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy Desktop and server hardware Networking infrastructure Cyber Security infrastructure and best practices It would be advantageous if you have any knowledge of the following: Autotask PSA ITGlue Datto RMM Microsoft Azure (Entra/Intune) macOS The majority of our support is carried out remotely from our office, therefore you will need a confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills. We also offer onsite support, projects and installations to our customer base and you will be required to visit some customers as and when required.It is essential that you have a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle company mileage is paid for all business use.
