Requirements:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field - or thorough demonstratable business experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the building materials, construction, or related industries.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth across multiple channels.
-Ideally experience in managing e-commerce platforms and digital sales initiatives.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, POS software, and e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of building materials, or construction industry is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
