Our client is looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join their growing team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth client engagement and efficient sales operations. You’ll act as a key point of contact for clients, supporting their needs and maintaining exceptional service standards.
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
Prior experience of working in a similar role
Ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive tasks
Understanding of the engineering/manufacturing process and working environment
Ability to work under own initiative, but mature enough to be able to seek help when necessary
Ability to forge strong working relations with all stakeholders
Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Enthusiasm for Sales and the drive for progression
Within this position, you’ll also be:
First point of contact for all relevant customers
Build and maintain alliances and partnerships with a number of internal and external stakeholders including, but not limited to, employees, engineers, customers and suppliers
Oversee day to day customer requests
Identify and manage appropriate new opportunities from existing workstreams and customers
Ensure all sales opportunities meet the required levels of margins and risk tolerance
Inform the production team of sales volumes and expectations in order to ensure client demand and timings are balanced with internal constraints
Registration, management and monitoring tender and sales portals for opportunities relevant to Tecforce and market intelligence.
Interaction with customers on a regular basis in respect of answering queries, pro-active contact check in and facilitating Tecforce dialogue where required
Handle, investigate and appropriately resolve all customer complaints and queries - liaise with other departments where necessary
Assist and support with all marketing initiatives including liaison with marketing support and attendance and support with trade events and conferences.
Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £24,000 - £27,000 per annum
