As Operations Manager, you will assist in running the day-to-day operations of the business across all departments, supporting team leaders, and demonstrating excellent levels of customer care. You will be able work with the existing management and heads of departments to build a strong service flow, providing input from your unique experiences.
1. Run the day to operations in an ambitious and exciting new project in the scenic are of West Dorset
2. Support Head of Departments (HOD’s) in building their ‘Story of Service’ across all Guest Relations and Housekeeping departments
3. Work closely with and learn from highly experienced industry professionals
Package
4. Up to £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
5. Opportunities to achieve a 10% bonus with agreed KPI’s
6. 37.5 hour working week

What’s involved?
Our client is building something special; a Luxury Wellness Resort spanning one hundred acres of working farmland in the picturesque location of Bridport, boasting their own vineyard, livestock, and wellness products. As Operations Manager you will be encouraged to build your own ‘Story of Service’, supporting the HOD’s in their daily and weekly tasks to ensure that the business operates smoothly. When the Senior Management team aren’t on site, you will also be expected to cover all Health and Safety procedures and fire safety/evacuation protocols.
The role will enable you to take the next step in your hospitality management career, giving you the opportunity to not only learn from experienced senior management but it will also allow you to help guide the HOD’s in their own practise too. This is a role where you will be able to work across multiple departments and provide exceptional service to the guests on site.
