Hours of Work: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Term Time

About the role:
As an EYFS Teacher, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of children aged 3-5. You will create engaging and innovative lesson plans that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum, ensuring a blend of play-based learning and structured activities. Your ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues will contribute to the school’s collaborative and caring ethos.

Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in Early Years education.
• A passion for inspiring young learners through innovative and engaging teaching methods.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic teaching environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate lessons tailored to the EYFS curriculum.
• Foster a safe and stimulating learning environment that promotes curiosity and engagement.
• Conduct ongoing assessments to track and support each child’s developmental milestones.
• Work collaboratively with the wider teaching team to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers to share progress and achievements.
