Duties of this role include:
13. To assist in the answering of calls from customers
14. To utilise the booking systems for the loaning of power tools and instrument sets between different hospitals, theatres and decontamination center's and co-ordinate the delivery of power tools and instrument sets to all sites
15. To effectively communicate any potential failures in power tool and instrument supply to the senior team.
16. To co-ordinate repairs and service contracts under direction as required
17. To order and co-ordinate the storage of supplies ensuring adequate stocks are maintained at all times.
18. To produce daily, weekly and monthly reports as directed by the Decontamination Manager and maintain timesheet records
19. To maintain good working relationships with all stakeholders
20. To promote and maintain Health & Safety within the department
21. To maintain the accepted Health & Safety requirements for the protection of staff and visitors
22. To ensure that all activities are in accordance with the Company’s Policy and Procedures
23. To complete all Learning Space modules in a timely manner
24. To be flexible to the developing and changing needs of the role and adapt accordingly
25. To perform any other tasks or related duties as reasonably required.
