About the role
As a Sports Coach, you will play a pivotal role in delivering our curriculum-based PE lessons in partner schools. You will be responsible for fostering a positive and engaging learning environment, ensuring that students receive a comprehensive physical education experience. The Sports Coach will work both independently and collaboratively with a team of educators, embodying exemplary behaviour and becoming an integral part of the school community.

Delivery of Curriculum PE Lessons: Execute high-quality PE lessons based on our set schemes of work and lesson plans, ensuring that students meet the learning objectives and develop essential physical skills.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other coaches, teachers, and school staff to create a cohesive learning environment that promotes physical well-being and positive behaviour.
Role Model Behaviour: Demonstrate and promote positive behaviour, sportsmanship, and teamwork to inspire students to embrace the values of the client.
Integration with School Staff: Become an honorary member of the school's teaching staff, addressed as "Mr./Mrs./Miss [Your Teacher Name]." This integration includes participating in staff meetings, school events, and fostering positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of School Sports Coach you will:
1. Relevant coaching qualifications and certifications.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Previous experience in coaching and delivering curriculum-based PE lessons in primary school settings.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Passion for promoting physical activity and well-being among students.
6. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

Salary
£12 to £15 per hour
