Title: Senior Interior Architect
Salary: £60,000-£70,000 per annum

Carve are partnered with an internationally renowned, luxury Hotel design practice for the appointment of a Senior Interior Architect to join their talented, design driven studio.
Curating timeless design solutions for the world's top luxury operators and boutique hotels the medium size studio have a number of award winning schemes across the UK, Europe and U.S.
Working on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office / 2 from home) this vital hire for the studio will be taking ownership of the project from schematic design phase through to site coordination, working closely with client, suppliers and contractors. The position would suit someone who has an architectural background that has transitioned into luxury interiors.
Role:
* Work closely with the concept designers to develop schematic design.
* Oversee a small team and provide guidance and mentorship.
* Review as well as produce technical, joinery & construction drawings.
* Analyse build-ability of concepts and mitigate potential issues.
* Ongoing site visits to ensure design is properly translated and quality is retained.
* Attending client and site meetings.
Requirements:
* +8 years experience as an Interior Architect/Technical Designer.
* Recent project experience working on luxury hotel schemes.
* Excellent AutoCAD & Adobe creative suite ability.
* Client facing and site experience.
* Experience managing small teams / managing resource.
* Project coordination experience ensuring deadlines are reached in a timely fashion.
* Familiarity and knowledge of both traditional and contemporary style.
* Good knowledge of FF&E.
