This role is integral to ensuring the efficient forecasting, planning, and purchasing of consumable and repairable aircraft parts, supporting both scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities: Procurement: Manage purchasing requirements, convert requisitions into purchase orders, and liaise with suppliers to meet Wanted Receipt Dates and KPIs. Supplier Coordination: Build strong relationships with suppliers, expedite orders, and address performance issues. Forecasting & Reporting: Monitor supplier performance, manage shortage reports via SAP, and provide actionable insights on purchasing trends. Inventory Management: Coordinate with Engineering on core returns, optimise repair turnaround times, and minimise delays and penalties. Compliance & Communication: Ensure adherence to airworthiness legislation and maintain visibility of critical purchasing data. About You: A background in fast-paced, high-demand purchasing environments. Familiarity with ERP systems, supplier and repair management, and MS Office (Excel). Strong analytical, organisational, and IT skills. Excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Proactive problem-solver who can prioritise tasks independently.
