Job Title - Admissions Officer
Salary - Up to £25,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Location - Clifton, Bristol
Contract - Permanent, Full Time
Working Hours - Full time Monday to Friday
We are currently seeking an organised and friendly Admissions Officer to join our lovely client based in Clifton on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team within the education sector. We are looking for someone who can provide excellent customer service and administration. An immediate start is preferred but not essential.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday and based in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
12. Acting as the first point of contact for incoming queries, including, greeting walk-ins and managing in person enquiries
13. Responding to telephone and email enquiries from students and stakeholders
14. Assisting students with booking appointments and accommodation, selling social programme tickets etc
15. Working with the registrar to enrol students to the school, overseeing data entry of passport information, discussing visa issues with the students, taking fees from students
Qualifications and Skills:
16. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but as long as you are a true people person and have excellent customer facing skills that is key!
17. Educated to graduate level or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
18. Excellent organisational and time-management skills
19. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
20. Attention to detail and accuracy
21. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
22. Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management
23. Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of tasks efficiently
24. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
