We have a new exciting opportunity for an Administrator. You will work with our engineers and operational management, suppliers and scheduling team to ensure the smooth delivery of Fire and Security service works within the UK.
You will administer additional operational support as required to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the operational team as well as providing support to regional engineers, Operational Management and the wider business as required..
What you will be doing
Working with Management & Operations to ensure the smooth delivery of service to DWP
Processing and coordination of information relating to DWP
Installation package support
Standard risk assessment paperwork
Invoice Approvals
Customer and operational MI and reporting
Regional engineer support (absence tracking / training records)
Process purchase orders for subcontractors / suppliers
What we are looking for
Fluent in written and spoken English
Understanding of commonly used office packages
A high standard of computer literacy
Ability to prioritise and work on own initiative
Eye for detail
