2. Level 2: NJC Support East Sussex Grade 5 SCP 12 £23,893 FTE, Term time plus INSET days

We are seeking to recruit several Student Support Assistants passionate about supporting children with special needs. You will be working within a purpose-built new school building, teaching across various age ranges.
Key Responsibilities:
3. Develop, improve, and deliver innovative provisions for children not succeeding in mainstream education.
4. Utilise therapeutically based teaching strategies combined with a nurturing approach to classroom and behaviour management.
5. Fulfil the needs of pupils experiencing behavioural, emotional, learning difficulties, and social communication difficulties.
6. Motivate pupils towards high achievement.
7. Exhibit excellent administrative, organisational, and communication skills.
