About the Role:
Pulse is working with a national community pharmacy business at an exciting time to join as they’ve put a lot of investment to grow the business and more focus on the culture, career pathway and getting it right for the pharmacists. This role is based in the Plymouth store which dispenses over 8,000 valued items on average to the local community each month. We are seeking a dedicated and professional Community Pharmacist to join us in Plymouth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Dispense medicines and over-the-counter remedies, provide healthcare advice, consultations, and diabetes checks.
2. Develop and lead your Pharmacy team, implementing and sharing best practices.
3. Emphasize clinical governance and invest time in training your team.
4. Proactively develop Pharmacy sales, services, and profitability in a cost-effective and safe manner, adhering to legal, ethical, and company requirements.
5. Focus on day-to-day operations and medium-term planning, regularly conducting audits to maintain high standards.
Requirements:
6. Pharmacy Degree (Bachelor or Master).
7. Registration as a Pharmacist with the GPC.
8. Integrity and compassion.
9. Excellent communication skills
