SF Recruitment are working with a leading national retail brand to recruit a Junior Buyer. We are looking for candidates who have either a good entry level of procurement/buying experience or FMCG sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Work towards achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as stock management, waste reduction, margin improvement, and sales growth.
* Develop and implement collaborative plans with suppliers to meet business objectives.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with small business owners and FMCG suppliers.
* Manage both branded and private label product lines.
* Oversee and track contract balances effectively.
* Handle administrative tasks, including stock control, order processing, setting up new product forms, and managing office communications.
* Conduct range reviews to evaluate and optimize product offerings.
