* Oversee member prospecting, networking, and local partnerships to generate leads.
* Manage renewals, cost control, and revenue targets in line with P&L.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement location-specific campaigns.
Community & Engagement
1. Cultivate a vibrant community through member engagement and local events.
2. Build lasting relationships with brokers, agents, and local industries.
