We have an exciting new vacancy for a Payroll Administrator to join our team at our Head office. located in Hale Barns just outside of Altrincham. Your duties will include:
* Performing basic administrative duties to support the payroll department.
* Making telephone calls and handle enquiries.
* Processing weekly payrolls, including handling new starters, leavers, sick pay, statutory maternity and paternity pay, and contract changes.
* Setting up court orders in the system.
* Uploading pension files as required.
* Sending payslips and P45s to employees.
* Responding to payroll-related queries via email or telephone.
* Inputting information accurately onto spreadsheets.
No prior payroll experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided. Join our team at Head Office and play a crucial role in our company's operations.
