We currently have exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to be based at our Belfast service centre!
Your official role title would be Deployment Centre Agent and you would be responsible for:
1. Completion of general administration to support the Supervisor and the wider team, ensuring % compliance on all documentation.
2. Provide help and support to internal colleagues and customers.
3. Ensure the efficient running of the scheduling system, making amendments where needed and communicating these changes with the team and customers that are affected by them.
4. Provide operational information and feedback to relevant management teams.
5. Controlling and replenishing the consumable stocks for the relevant area.
6. Ensure Health and Safety processes are adhered to on all occasions.
7. Any other ad-hoc duties requested or advised by the Deployment Centre Supervisor or Area Service Manager.
Qualifications
8. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
9. Excellent communication skills both face-to face and via the telephone.
10. Able to demonstrate a good level of competence in planning and organizing own workload.
11. Flexible approach to work demands.
12. Proactive self-motivator and able to work on own initiative.
13. Proficient IT skills
