We are hiring Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join one of our clients!

Our client is an expert in Construction and Industrial recruitment. They are a team of 20 and looking to hire trainee consultants into the team. There are lots of senior people to work alongside and its a supportive team.
You need to be hardworking and committed and they will provide you with all the tools you need to do your job and a great team environment. You will be trained on both the candidate and client side from day one to allow you to progress more quickly to a full consultant role and earn commission more quickly. This is a phone based sales role but you will also get out onsite in front of clients and you need to enjoy building relationships.
The role comes with a competitive basic salary, excellent commission scheme, lots of training and development, support and a fun culture. Based in Enfield in offices with parking. The team works 4 days in the office and 1 from home once you are trained up.
