Over recent years we have seen significant business growth & heavily invested in our UK and European manufacturing facilities. Within the UK we have achieved national distribution across the Retail, Wholesale, Convenience, and Foodservice channels.
We launched the hugely successful Deli Kitchen brand in 2016 which has seen significant Y.O.Y growth since inception (30% growth LY). Deli Kitchen specializes in offering a diverse range of wraps and flatbreads to supermarkets across the UK. We currently have 12+ SKU’s. Our commitment to delivering high-quality, delicious, and innovative products has made us a trusted choice among consumers.
Role
We are currently seeking a dynamic, ambitious and established Senior Brand Manager: Developing the Deli Kitchen brand in the market; Working with our agency to develop creative executions for the brand in the UK including OOH and digital; Managing all PR & sponsorship activities; Taking the Brand marketing lead on agreed new product launches, delivering on time and on budget; Assisting with the management of all Brand expenditure; Working with the Marketing Manager for thorough analytics of all marketing activity, measuring effectiveness and optimising campaigns.
Key Accountabilities:
* Recommending strategies to position the brand for growth over the next 18-36months
* Leading on all brand plans and execution including above the line advertising, influencers, creative, PR, POS, owned social, events, sampling
* Monitoring the performance of a brand through key performance indicators (KPI) and ensure marketing efforts are being optimised
* Working with our various agencies to manage the brands marketing campaigns as well as design and supervise content
* Reporting quarterly business performance to senior leadership
* Achieving profit targets, timelines and working within budgets
* Working on several New Product Launches from concept through to launch alongside NPD, Sales and Finance leading on packaging design and launch campaigns
* Analysing competitors, consumer trends and shopping behaviours making sure our brand is at the forefront
* Growing the brand’s affiliations and partnerships
Requirements
To be considered for this role you must be a driven and dynamic individual with at least 5 -10 years at Brand Management experience. As for product background, experience with branded food products is essential, preferably within a challenger/disruptive brand. It is important you are self-driven, team player that can project manage to key timescales. We are looking for a loyal individual that wants to be a real part our long-term plans and growth strategy.
Location
This is an office-based role with an expectancy that you will be at our head office in Dunstable 3 days per week.
