About the role:
SEN TA: We are seeking a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant with a specialism in challenging behaviours to join a welcoming primary school in Cheshunt. This full-time, long-term role involves supporting Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students with SEMH needs, helping them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Application Requirements for the SEN TA role:
• Experience supporting children with challenging behaviours or SEMH needs
.• Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Education, or related fields (desirable)
.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and calm under pressure.
• Commitment to safeguarding children.
Key Responsibilities as an SEN TA:
• Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEMH needs.
• Implement behaviour management plans collaboratively.
• Plan and deliver tailored interventions.
• Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress.
