We are currently looking for an experienced HR Analyst on a permanent basis to join a great organisation based in Rugby.
Salary: depending on experience; £32,000 - £42,000

Duties of the HR Analyst:
1. You will be a key player in producing or delivering people metrics and data reporting. This includes cyclical reports, ad hoc requests, and supporting on the continuous improvement projects across the HR function.
2. Ideally you will have used SAP SuccessFactors or iTrent, but neither are essential - you just need really good experience on systems!
3. Providing reporting and analytics for the People function using data from the HR systems on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis, maintaining high standards of accuracy at all times
4. Work in partnership with HR and IT teams to identify HR system improvements which will create better data reporting and increase the accuracy of HR data
5. Collaborate and work in partnership with HR Business Partners, to interpret and analyse data trends, offering expert opinion and guidance
6. Develop, maintain, and deliver the monthly reporting schedule, allocating and prioritising other work to accommodate deadlines
