2. Supervise service staff and external contractors, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
3. Develop and implement service schedules and procedures to ensure regular and effective delivery of services
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments
5. Manage budgets and expenses related to soft services, ensuring cost-effective solutions
6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure services meet the needs of the organisation
7. Oversee the procurement and maintenance of equipment and supplies for catering, cleaning, and security
