Job Title: Fire Service Manager Location: Holiday: 23 days (including 3 days for Christmas shutdown) plus Bank Holidays

Parkside Recruitment are looking for a proactive and experienced Fire Service Manager to join our clients team and oversee their Fire Service Department.
Manage the Fire Service Department, including budget oversight, Fire Service Engineers, and liaising with the Fire Installation Department.
Schedule and supervise Fire Service Engineer visits, ensuring they have appropriate paperwork and service bookings.
Process and action returned service documentation, including call-outs, remedial work, and recommendations.
Organise customer service reminders and renew service agreements.
Oversee out-of-hours call-out management and escalation.
Approve Fire Service Engineers’ timesheets, monitor attendance, and manage holidays and absenteeism.
Prepare quotes for fire extinguishers, minor works, and installations, following British Standards.
Manage fire activations, false alarms, and customer complaints.
Provide technical support and hands-on assistance to engineers on-site when necessary.
Proactive and flexible, capable of managing various responsibilities effectively.
Willingness to learn and support the Fire Department Manager.
