Richmond Music Trust, a leading provider of music education opportunities for children and young people, seeks an experienced Administrator to join their team on a maternity cover basis.

As the Operations & Events Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting the Chief Executive in the delivery of RMT's day-to-day operations. Key duties include scheduling and support for 80 instrumental teachers, handling enquiries from parents, teachers, and schools, and supporting the invoicing process.
The role also involves supporting administration across several departments and coordinating large-scale events, working closely with the Development Manager (Vocal) on RMT singing events.
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a confident phone manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential, along with the ability to work independently and take initiative where appropriate.
RMT provides instrumental tuition in schools to over 5,000 students each week, running weekly orchestras and bands for all abilities at their music centres. The organisation is committed to equality of opportunity and welcomes applications from all sections of the community.
