Protocol Education is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Psychology Teacher with UK QTS to join a dynamic secondary school in Newcastle. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver engaging lessons, spark curiosity, and help students explore the fascinating world of psychology.
Role Overview:
As a Psychology Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons that foster students’ understanding of psychological theories, research, and practical applications. You will help students develop critical thinking and analytical skills, encouraging them to question and explore human behavior and the mind.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging psychology lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Assess, monitor, and report on student progress.
* Create an inclusive, stimulating, and supportive classroom environment.
* Encourage students’ intellectual curiosity and support their academic growth.
* Work collaboratively with other staff members to support a cohesive learning experience.
Requirements:
* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Psychology or related field.
* Experience teaching Psychology at the secondary school level.
* Strong communication and classroom management skills.
* A passion for Psychology and for inspiring students to learn.
