About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Randstad. As an Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for delivering internal works packages from 1st fix through to final on circa 35 housing association units.
Key Responsibilities
* Management and coordination of subcontractors.
* Ensuring plots are ready for key stage NHBC inspections.
* Site safety which will include but not be limited to running daily inductions, checking contractor RAMS, performing site inspections and issuing permits to work.
* Liaising with the Housing Association's Clerk of Works and the NHBC
* Attending contractor review meetings.
* Updating the Project Manager on progress.
* Ordering for the project.
Requirements
* At least 1-2 years previous experience in a Supervisory or Management role.
* SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* First Aid
