The Role:
We’re looking for a PMO Lead Analyst to support on a range of planning, reporting and analysis activities to proactively aid effective management and delivery of programmes and projects here at DLG.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be assigned to a nominated programme or project and day to day your accountabilities could include leading and/or supporting:
1. Ensuring expectations of DLG Change Journey and associated Change Standards are met
2. Producing regular reporting o Financial forecasting, tracking and management
3. 3 rd party procurement and payment activities
4. Producing and maintaining quality programme / project plans
5. Tracking and managing risks, issues, change requests and dependencies
6. Ensuring appropriate governance is in place and that quality assurance is conducted
7. Programme / project health-checks and post-implementation reviews
8. Producing stakeholder updates, insights and decision support material
9. Governance forums, including ensuring key artefacts are produced, maintained and stored
10. Maintaining accurate resource forecasts
You’ll also be responsible foridentifying and implementing opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
Whilst this role does not have Line Manager responsibility, you will act as a mentor and support and coordinate with other PMO Analysts to lead on the PMO service offering within projects and programmes.
What we’re looking for:
11. Considerable experience of working as part of a PMO team (Portfolio or Programme/Project)
12. Experience of using project management and collaboration tools such as Polarisoft’sPPMAnywhere and MS Project
13. Hands on knowledge of a variety of delivery methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
14. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
15. Service orientated individual who is adaptable with strong attention to detail
