What you'll do
1. Keep a close eye on repair orders, making sure they’re running on schedule
2. Prepare reports, executive summaries and other paperwork
3. Stay in touch with people inside and outside the business to plan maintenance tasks
4. Pro-actively manage diaries, events, meetings and agendas
5. Pitch in to help your team and provide admin support
What you'll need
6. Excellent secretarial/admin experience, ideally in the property sector
7. Fast and flawless typing skills with strong Word and Excel knowledge
8. Excellent written and spoken English as well as great numeracy skills
9. An eye for detail, outstanding organisation and confidence communicating at all levels
