Our client are a national leader in their field -This is a new position within their People team due to considerable growth. The role will mainly be based at their Salford office with some travel to other sites, requiring a driving license.
As the HR Manager/Business partner you will be on hand to support each of the site’s locations and ensure team projects and initiatives are completed in line with the People Strategic Plans.
This would be a great role for an experienced HR professional who is CIPD level 5 or 7 looking for that next stage or a HR Business Partner wanting to work collaboratively within a small team and SME.

The Role-
* Ensure all ER Casework is completed and in line with KPI’s and SLA requirements
* Build a collaborative relationship with the management team and People Team to support the Group’s growth and strategy plans
* Complete site visits, ensuring support to each area of the business is given face to face on a weekly/monthly basis
* Attend any ER hearings in line with the KPI’s and SLA requirements
* Work with and provide guidance to management on managing absence with their teams, ER case handling and completing any necessary training to enable managers to manage their teams effectively
* Complete TUPE, restructures and redundancy projects as and when required
* Complete ER dashboards for monitoring headcount, absence, casework, exit interviews and weekly/monthly reporting
* Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc)
* Complete People Team projects, ensuring this is completed in line with the People Strategy
About you/your experience –
Ideally you will be CIPD Qualified with a generalist background, having a strong focus and solid experience of ER Casework and managing daily stats.
