We’re looking for an IT Support Analyst to join the Service Delivery team at our Lomondgate site in Dumbarton. The IT Support Analyst is a key on-site position and will act as the first point of contact between Aggreko Technology Services and business colleagues at a location that is pivotal to our global business.
What you’ll do:
1. The IT Support Analyst will provide 1st and some 2nd line support to group-wide customers in an SLA-driven environment.
2. Support Starters and Leavers processes.
3. Set up, configure, and support standard desktops, laptops, printers, mobile phones, and peripheral devices.
4. Facilitate user access and identity management activities and tasks in Active Directory.
5. Install operating systems and deploy software via SCCM.
6. Provide basic training and knowledge sharing for colleagues.
7. Collaborate with team and technical groups to solve problems.
8. Work with authorized 3rd parties and resolver groups to facilitate change and introduce new services.
9. Create standard operating procedures documentation.
10. Support device end-of-lease process and manage device returns.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
1. Experience of working in a 1st or 2nd level IT support analyst role covering Active Directory, DELL Laptops/Desktops/Printers, Windows 10, Citrix/AVD, MS Exchange, Office 365, SCCM, Mobile Device Management (Intune).
2. Strong technical skills in key customer facing applications.
3. Strong communication, problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
4. Good team player willing to take ownership and responsibility.
5. Full clean driving license as well as ability to travel.
6. Process orientated.
