Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive music lessons across KS3 and KS4, ensuring students of all abilities can achieve.
* Foster a love of music through a varied curriculum, including practical and theoretical components.
* Encourage students to participate in music events, such as concerts, recitals, and competitions.
* Collaborate with other faculty members to support school-wide initiatives and cross-curricular activities.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
About You:
* Hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification in music.
* Experienced in teaching music within a school setting (secondary preferred).
* Able to inspire and motivate students with creative teaching methods.
* Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.
* Passionate about fostering a positive, supportive learning environment for all students.
