A new and captivating opportunity supporting the Finance Operations Department has arisen here at AXA UK. As an Administration Support Team Member, you’ll provide Finance Operations administration to our customers, work to the agreed standards and measures and operational support on daily banking. You’ll ensure accurate banking is performed across all banking functions and within agreed timescales. Our vision for this department is to provide outstanding debt management solutions and customer service. What you’ll be doing:
1. Ensure all post is prepared and batched up ready for processing and sent to AXA Global Business Services within pre-defined timescales.
2. Perform banking processes daily ensuring best practice is followed in accordance with Payment Card Industry Security Standard (PCIDSS) guidelines.
3. Receive inbound calls fielding as appropriate, while processing card payments.
4. Support and deliver processes for the wider Finance Operations teams in accordance with best practice and delivered within the agreed timeframes such as letter fulfilment, Debt Recovery, Contract Management, and Instalment Admin.
5. Deliver the efficient day to day storage and archiving for the Finance Operations function.
6. Guarantee all Finance Operations work requests are processed and delivered to specification within agreed timescales.
7. Work closely with the Finance Operations teams processes to deliver adhoc tasks.
8. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring excellent service is delivered.
9. Contribute to the delivery of Finance Operations and key priorities through personal alignment to agreed specific actions.

What we’re looking for:
10. English and Mathematics qualifications GCSE level 1-9 grades.
11. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
12. Customer orientated background, with the ability to work in a fast-paced change environment.
13. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word.
14. Attention to detail is key with skills to successfully plan and effectively manage your workload.
15. Self-motivated to work both independently and as part of a team.
