Thisis a role designed to serve a pioneering expression of TheSalvation Army in a digital community as part of a ministry team.The ministry team will actively create and develop a Christiancommunity to build and develop positive relationships and supportexploration of Christian faith and discipleship. This role requiresa sense of vision purpose and a creative approach to a newexpression of The SalvationArmy.
KeyResponsibilities:
* Developingcreative online worship and Christian discipleship content to helppeople explore their spiritual journey in creative and relevantways
* Developing high quality digitalcontent to communicate the Christian message and build the faithcommunity by establishing creative partnerships and new ways ofworking with multiplestakeholders
* Identifying targetaudiences and influencers to cultivate online engagement and socialmedianetworks
Thesuccessful candidate will be able todemonstrate:
* Strongcommunication and relationalskills
* Knowledge and experience ofusing a wide variety of social mediachannels
* Experience in creating andproducing engaging crossplatformcontent
Thisrole has an occupational requirement that the successful candidatemust be a committed and practising Christian and will be insympathy with the doctrines of and supportive of the purposes andthe aims and objectives of The Salvation Army.
