Key Responsibilities:
* Guest Services: Handle inquiries, complaints, check-ins, and check-outs.
* Operations Management: Oversee night audit, safety, and security; coordinate with other departments; set up for the next day's conferences and breakfast.
* Leadership: Supervise night staff, provide training, and conduct performance evaluations.
* Administrative Duties: Prepare nightly reports, manage inventory, and handle cash transactions.
Qualifications:
* Experience in a hospitality managerial role.
