About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing and repairing our services, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Install and repair our services, including broadband and mobile networks
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime for our customers
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns
* Collaborate with our technical team to share knowledge and best practices
Requirements
* A UK Manual driving licence
* Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions
* Problem-solving skills, with the ability to find suitable solutions for customers
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
