We are seeking a Key Accounts Executive - International to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding support to international clients, ensuring that all inquiries, issues, and requests are handled with professionalism and efficiency. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve customer problems, offer solutions, and build strong relationships across multiple regions and cultures.
What will you do?
1. Serve as the main point of contact for international customers, managing orders, confirmations, and fulfilment to an industry-leading standard.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key international customers to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
3. Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products/services and foster long-term relationships.
4. Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, technical support, and supply chain to resolve customer issues efficiently.
5. Ensure that customer complaints are logged, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner using the company’s customer relationship management system.
6. Track and analyse customer service metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores and develop new tools where required.
7. Provide feedback to management on customer service processes, highlighting areas for improvement.
What will you need to be successful?
1. Demonstrable success in a customer-focused administrative role is essential.
2. Experience using SAP or similar ERP system is desirable.
3. Excellent communication skills – you’ll be a key contact to customers and other internal teams.
4. Extensive knowledge and understanding of import and export within the medical device industry.
5. Robust understanding of inventory management, freight forwarder activity, and elements of warehousing logistics associated with a 3PL environment.
6. Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks under tight deadlines without losing focus.
7. Analytical skills and ability to use creative problem-solving to navigate ambiguous situations.
