IT Support Technician required. My client is a growing IT Managed services provider, working with schools, nurseries and colleges operating within three countries. 100% of their customers are educators of young people. All or their services are geared around the specific needs of schools and ensuring everything is focused around improving pupil outcomes.

Position Overview – IT Support Technician
1. Carrying out day to day 1st & 2nd Line support tasks
2. Responding to helpdesk requests both on site and remotely
3. Desktop, AV, Server & Network Troubleshooting
4. Basic Hardware & Software repairs
5. Deployment of Hardware and software
6. Maintaining network documentation and reporting
7. Assisting with customer sales requests
8. Provide technical guidance and support to school staff.
Position Requirements – IT Support Technician
9. Full UK driving license
10. Strong customer facing skills & problem-solving skills
11. 2+ Years in a similar role
12. Experience in AV installations
13. Familiarly with AutoTask or other helpdesk solutions – desirable
14. CompTIA A+ or equivalent experience
15. Google (G-Suite) & Office 365 experience
16. MCSA experience – Desirable
17. Apple IOS & OSX
18. Remote access Technology (Team viewer, Datto RMM)
Position Remuneration – IT Support Technician
19. Monday to Friday – 37.5hrs a week (Full time)
20. Salary £21,000 – 25,000 (DOE)
