Stock Coordinator
Salary - Dependant on exp
Monday to Thursday 8.30 to 5.15, Friday 8.30 to 4.

Outline of Role
The Coordinator will gather, record and evaluate data to ensure the team have all the updated information to carry out projects.
Main Responsibilities
• To manage inventory levels
• Tracking stock levels and ordering additional stock as needed
• Overseeing shipments and monitoring any delays
• Arrange for stock to be booked into warehouses
• Maintaining purchase and pricing reports
• Maintaining proper storage and security of materials
• Liaise with warehouse and factories
• Performing regular inventory audits
• Following budget guidelines to keep costs within expectations
• Maintaining databases and data imports/exports
• Improving working practices and flows to improve efficiency
• Conducting analysis of data from a range of sources to provide business insight
• Placing of purchase orders
• Continual liaison with Project managers/Account managers and Project coordinators
• Organise transport

• Excellent in Microsoft programs( Especially Excel)

Knowledge/Experience Required
• Knowledge of WMS preferred
• Data entry experience
